The Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers a 3-month intensive course on leadership skills, peace and conflict education, and English language and computer skills. Based in urban Buthidaung, LDP focuses on bringing together a diverse range of youth from Arakan State, seeking to gain skills to lead their local communities towards positive change. To date, nearly 120 youth have graduated from the program.

- To promote dialogue, mutual respect, and peaceful collaboration among diverse ethnic and religious groups, and to empower youth to lead initiatives that address local challenges, promote social cohesion, and advance sustainable community development.
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a six-month intensive youth empowerment initiative designed to cultivate the next generation
of inclusive and responsive community leaders in northern Rakhine State. Each cycle brings together 20 to 25 young participants from diverse
ethnic and religious backgrounds to engage in four months of structured classroom learning followed by a two-month community project. This
curriculum encompasses a comprehensive range of subjects, including 1. Civic Education, 2. Conflict and Peace Education, 3. Media and
Information Literacy, 4. English Language, 5. Computer Literacy, and 6. Learning Skills.
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) has been successfully implemented from Batch 1 to Batch 15. To date, over 300 youth from
diverse ethnic and religious communities have graduated from the program.
